How many times during even a routine day are we surprised? Surprised by weather, circumstance, others, personalities, anger or any of a nearly infinite variety of human behavior. At times these surprises cost us either economically or physically. Others are much like a cliff that crumbles unexpectedly down. These are the cataclysmic instances that have no answers. Down the line some months or years or decades later an answer may avail itself but for the time of the incident, whatever it may be, there is no answer.
Russia attacked Ukraine four plus years ago when Joe was president. Good ol’ ineffective Joe. How did so feckless a man get elected? Simply because those who voted for a man of that caliber were also feckless. It’s a great word: feckless. It applies in infinite places throughout history doesn’t it? Of course it does.
This leader being feckless and the other leader being savvy and bold and you have a war. Time and time again. It’s kind of funny isn’t it? We vote for a guy to lead us and don’t really know what we’re getting. Then agin, nobody said we were perfect. Feckless? Yes. Perfect? Hell NO!
