I don’t know about you but I’ve been feeling xogged for sometime. Xogged enough to write about it but to describe it I have to bring you into the mix. Do you mind being brought into the mix? I wouldn’t except that you and I are vital to the recurring episodes of being xogged.

There are all kinds of words used to describe the feeling of knowing where you are and being lost in familiarity at the same time. The walls are the colors you remember but they are somehow larger than you recall and more confining. Or, is that just the fact that you are tired of all the mess in this world and you are just now realizing it is getting to you, this feeling of being xogged. Xogged. Is it beginning to make sense to you?

If the answer is yes then I have merely given you a word to express more succinctly what so many are feeling now but could not place a word over the path they were on. What you will read here will be suppositions, posits, exclamatory outbursts and calm and subtle thoughts as to how this world went from round to flat, with edges falling into nothingness just like Columbus and Pizarro wondered about. South America anyone. A voyage to forgotten lands with maps and charts that were only partial because discovery was in its infancy.

It is of the mind isn’t it? What you are feeling or wondering about. The end of all we hold dear or the beginning of something so new we are not ready for it. A voyage of discovery? Or, a fated trip into the universe of the unknown.? Or, we can always go to Costco!
