To some degree, each of us should now be feeling a bit of anger at this world. As individuals we don’t often stop and think how quickly another human being or, in the case of world affairs, another country can end our lives. Anger is that emotion that bears a structured look. A look at the cause and whether it is proper to even be angry. Intrinsically, we understand that to be angry is a waste of energy. Reality shows us a different perspective though, doesn’t it?

We can shelve anger in our presence to those we love, yet, it awaits a response from those things that put us off. Those can be politics, political party, the dog next door that starts barking at midnight, or the idiot that cuts you off in traffic. Managing anger is a thing we all do and it is most of the time. Until we get used to anger being a part of our existence. It just is, so awareness is tantamount to not hurting others.

Our world is iffy, at best. It is a pleasant place only when we are outside of those who anger us. Therefore, anger must be controlled or others can easily get hurt in a moment of venting from pure frustration with what we have to deal with every second of every day.
