Once I figured out that, despite my raw stupidity, I was going to live (found out in the hospital) I decided I needed to change my ways. I did so with a grimace and a grunt, succeeded and moved along past a couple of decades of being dumb. I ask you, what does it matter what it was I did as long as I corrected my idiocy? I didn’t just correct one idiocy as idiocy breeds more idiocy until you wake up a Democrat, or any point south of smart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I grew in health I wanted to fix my brain also as I had not treated it as well one should. I also started a walking regimen that goes on to this day. 3.5 mph for two hours. That turned everything around for me and I began learning code to use the internet as a hobby. I took anthropology in college so what it was rather a departure from what I have an education in. Study of man versus trying to figure out what overly intelligent men doth wrought. A little “Olde English” to throw in there. 0s and 1s. If they’re that smart what happened to threes and fives? Ask them, not me, I just copy and paste and learn as I go. Dumb is far too good a word for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I came up with XOG as a throw away word that actually got some attention. Attention meant that I had to do something different than I normally do and try to use humor in writing. That’s a long way from a term paper! Never to ask why, I made the leap into the internet and started my first XOG. Xog Web was the name and I still possess that name. I don’t know if I will use it again but one never knows, does one? Well, I never know so scribble a 1 on the board and we’ll total that number when I remember algebra again. Square Root is out as I don’t want to go back there right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, Xog Zap was about as outlandish a word as I wanted to go to. I had no preconceived idea if it would work and it has worked well. As of this writing there have been over twenty thousand views and more than that if I include visitors. That puts it at over fifty thousand. Why? When I figure that out I will call myself genius even if I really don’t want to be a genius. It sounds so, “Cocktail Hour.” I don’t drink and that might be my problem. I have lots of problems and one of them is Vietnam. I won’t go there here which almost doesn’t make grammatical sense but you understand? Or, you should understand. Who am I writing this for if not you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are everything to me. Actually, let me rephrase that. I am grateful for your patronage here and to show it I will continue to keep on keeping on after I get off of this page and figure out what I will do next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
