I hate to say this to the uninitiated but God is here and so are we. We would not be here if God had not chosen to create us and set in motion procreation by separating us into men and women. This basic and foundational FACT is now a subject of debate as is all of the creation story. We don’t matter in any of this other than to be born, grow old and die. I am on the “die” end of this spectrum and I am glad to do it! Die, that is, as I have put my faith, not in mankind, but in the invisible, or, God. Not just God though, I have also put my faith in His Son. You know who God’s son is right? Right, our savior.
Supposedly, the saviors birthday is nigh upon us. Except for the fact that presents seem to be the meaning rather than the birthday itself. Jesus’ birthday is unknown so eons ago some church decided it would be nice to celebrate Christ’s birthday on what was before a pagan holiday. Pagan’s are not believers in God, they are believers in the enemy of God. How convenient it is to place the birth of our savior on a pagan holiday. Who could possibly be behind this slip up? I’ll let you answer that. (starts with an “S.”)
Where is God? Well, we should assume He is busy doing what He does when not creating a universe and every nuance within the operation of that universe. What that task is not something we need to know because He isn’t telling us what He is doing so we kind of have to go on faith, don’t we?
This season be of good cheer as there is more going on than people know. All this turmoil is prophesied and is taking place almost verbatim. Matthew, a book in the bible, 24, to tell you the chapter will give you the heads up you may be desperately looking for to explain exactly what is going on to you. It has always been there as His word is His presence for us. Why do you think He had men write the bible in the first place? To fill in an empty schedule or just to waste His time?
