Republic

Our country is a republic. America is a nation filled out by states with the federal government having jurisdiction over the fifty states that make up the territories of this nation. The states, however, make their own laws which the federal government recognizes as legitimate within the framework of our Constitution. I learned this in sixth grade. It works quite well for law abiding citizens now and it always has. Then again, our nation is less than 250 years young. Question is: Is it time for a change from what we have, a free republic, to socialism, a government that tells us what to do from morning till night?

An even better question is: Where has socialism been tried and also worked well? No place is the answer if you speak to an Eastern European person. Under Stalin those who opposed the regime were summarily put to death or tortured in prisons in Siberia. Is that what we free people of America want? It happens each time socialism take hold of a nation without fail. If anything is wrong with America it is her people, a small part of her people who have been sold a bill of goods, told they have it right when they have it so wrong that it is fetid in tier brains.

Authoritarian is not what Trump is. That is what he is called by those trying to dissuade all of us from freedom by telling us Trump is a criminal. He is not a criminal and you don’t have to like him to admit this. All you need to do is acquaint yourself with our national history. Our true history, the good and the bad.

Show me one single nation in history that has not been conquered by one group or another. Show me one single nation in history that has been as free as America is even now. Do you know your history or are you submitting to the propaganda leveled at you to cause you to hate America.

Since Americas inception there have been radicals trying to subvert our Constitution. Even as recent as the 1990s and Bill and Hillary Clinton tried to convince us that our Constitution was: “A living Document.” What they meant by that was that it should be subject to change as politics changed. Politics changes every two, four and six years in America. The framers of our Constitution knew that human nature can be bent, all to often, to destruction which is why human nature was considered an enemy of stability for our nation. Our framers were right because they came from a monarchy whose rules changed with each king or queen. A nation run by whim self-destructs, sooner than later. Were it not for our forefathers foresight, we would all be sadder individuals now if we were born at all.

Be thankful for the past as nobodies past is all goodness. Yesterday is past. Tomorrow we can be sure of only one thing, human nature is imperfect at its core. No wonder we made some of the mistakes we have made in America. Do you yourself not make mistakes? Look always first at yourself before judging others, be they individuals or nations. All are of built from human nature and all human nature is imperfect and, thus, prone to error. This includes you and I. For the sake of our nation be real to yourself and forget what others with dark minds say to you. They are the essence of destruction.
