Invisible

Boy, according to many out there in the netherworld, we who believe in the invisible, like the wind or, how foolish of us, God, are to be relegated to the dustbin of eternity. These are huge concepts though, aren’t they? God. The wind? Eternity? Bigger words than most of us, all of us, can understand without mathematics. Mathematics, a solution to determine cause and affect created by whom? Mankind. The universe was created by whom? God, not the wind. Mathematics was created for what purpose? To understand how God made all of this work.

I don’t know much but those things but what I do know rests completely on faith. Not faith in mankind but faith in the eternal. Eternity wears no wristwatch. Has no clocks. Loves us despite all our faults. Should, then, eternity be capitalized like a proper noun? Nope, The creator of the eternal should be though but His actual name is lost in time. Some interpret the YHWH of His Hebrew name (the vowels are missing) as Jehovah. That is probably as close as we can get so let’s put a name on our father and call Him, Jehovah. Not to be mistaken for an existing religious order but the closest we can come to His actual name as given the prophet’s eons ago. Weren’t expecting this were you? This diatribe on reality as eternity understands reality.

It gets even better though as knowing of these matters can lead to eternal life. Boy, that sounds like a crock also! Except that this is the truth as known by He who lives above all of this melee we live in. He looks down from where? Above? That can’t be proven either as He is not of our realm, this realm of mankind He put us in. We are of the smallish portion of the universe so why does He care about us at all? Are we relevant to the overarching processes of time? Time belongs to Him so, yes, we are relevant. Or, put another way, we can place ourselves in His relevance by doing what He tells us to do. After all, He spent a lot of His busy time to create us and plant the seed of His existence within each of us. What? You weren’t aware that a small portion of Him existed inside you? Call it your conscience if that brings it closer to home for you. Yeah, you knew it all along but were too busy cavorting around having a great time, shadowed by grief, which the good times you used to hide said grief. This is what being human is. You are a tiny bit of God and a whole lot of ignorance in understanding what makes the universe tick.

I chose to write this as a wake up call because time is getting short. You realized this also but tried to hide it didn’t you? Cavorting hides the negative but the negative is stubborn and wants to be recognized. In fact, it demands recognition and gets it by ending what all of us call life. I know, I am quite close to end of life. Time to get out of bed folks and smell the coffee.
